Navigating the mental health care system can be so complicated, I hope I can simplify the process of accessing care for you or your family member. If you are interested in pursuing an appointment, the first step begins after you reach out to request an appointment you will be set up with a simple practice patient portal and sent intake forms and consents to complete. Please take your time in providing the information requested, I specifically designed the questions to help me begin to understand your needs and experience so that our time together can be as productive as possible.

Once intake forms are completed, your insurance will then be verified, and we will set up our first appointment together. If I do not accept your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your out of network benefit. The first appointment is a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and is typically scheduled for 90 minutes in person. After the evaluation we will discuss diagnoses and we will begin to come up with a plan together for your care – each treatment plan is individualized and collaborative, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
