Noble Path Mental Health and Wellness

Integrative Comprehensive Care

-A personalized path toward healing, insight, and lasting change –

With each new day comes the opportunity to begin again. I offer personalized, evidence-based care for children (ages 6+), adolescents, young adults, and families—integrating therapy and medication management to support both immediate relief and long-term growth.

Psychiatric Evaluations

The first appointment is a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and is typically scheduled for 90 minutes in person. After the evaluation we will discuss diagnoses and we will begin to come up with a plan together for your care – each treatment plan is individualized and collaborative, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Medication management is something we can discuss that would be focused on finding the right treatment for you. Starting or adjusting medication can feel overwhelming. I provide a calm, supportive space to explore options, answer questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you so that you can have all the information you need to make an informed decision for yourself (or your child). Medication management is approached thoughtfully and personalized to your unique experiences and goals.

When we first meet I will offer the option run a thorough panel of labs to workup any underlying medical conditions or deficiencies that may be contributing to symptoms. As part of medication management, I may offer pharmacogenetic testing to help understand how your body processes specific psychiatric medications. This test can help guide medication choices, reduce trial-and-error, and support more personalized treatment with the goal of improving effectiveness and minimizing side effects.

Therapy and behavioral support are provided in a safe, supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your mental health. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and developing practical strategies to manage stress, mood symptoms, anxiety, and life transitions.

Behavioral support may include guidance around healthy routines, sleep, emotional regulation, boundaries, and stress management. Care is individualized and may incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, psychoeducation, and skill-building to support long-term emotional wellness and day-to-day functioning. I incorporate many different modalities for therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) motivational interviewing (mi) and solutions focused therapy.

Therapy is offered as a stand-alone service or in combination with medication management, depending on your needs and goals.

I am trained to provide psychiatric and mental health care diagnostic and treatment services across the lifespan. I provide care beginning at age 6 for children.
