My mission is to understand what truly matters to you, to support your well-being, and to empower you to live a life that is fulfilling and aligned with your goals. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I’m here to get to the root of what you are experiencing and help you find meaningful, lasting solutions. My approach is focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship that supports your healing and growth. I will always ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported not only during our time together, but long after. My greatest goal as your clinician is to empower you along your unique path toward living your best life.
Specialty
I offer and provide a combination of both medication management and therapy (behavioral support for children combined with parent support). I am trained across the lifespan and can see patients from ages 6-60. I specialize in treating children (beginning at age 6), teenagers and young adults. I provide evidence based clinical care and expertise. I have specialty certifications in ADHD, Trauma, and CBIT.

I treat ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, tics/tourette’s, life transitions, grief, behavioral challenges, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, asd, lgbtq+, neurodevelopment disorders, and more. My goal is to provide simplified inclusive access to care in a system that is so broken and complicated to navigate.
